Les Roches is a comprehensive school that provides higher education courses which is accredited by the Higher Education Colleges Committee of the New England Association of Colleges and Universities (NECHE). Every year, there are more than 300 companies visit the campuses of Les Roches to recruit. Through theoretical courses on campus and regular professional internships in the hotel industry, restaurants or related institutions, student will cover a wide range of courses to understand the relevant fields of the hotel industry. This global multi-campus degree, through campuses in Switzerland and Spain, provides students with the option of global rotation. Focus on cultivating core hotel management skills, covering areas such as room service, hospitality and restaurant operations, as well as finance and marketing. Les Roches' course is arguably the most unique hospitality management degree in the world. Entrepreneurship courses mainly cultivate students' entrepreneurial skills, introduce innovation into the large-scale hotel industry chain, or start their own business; students can also develop their own hotel business concepts and learn how to transform their ideas into reality.
Digital marketing strategy (provided by Swiss and Spanish campuses)
The marketing major mainly cultivates students' ability to successfully promote their own brands in the digital world; in the course, students will have a deep understanding of network-based social media marketing, mobile communications, consumer behavior, and cross-cultural communication.
Hotel financial performance management (provided by Swiss campus)
The major of accounting mainly cultivates students' business ability in financial analysis and accounting, problem solving and decision-making; accounting is the key to all hotel functions, so it is usually used as a way to the senior management level.
Resort development and management (provided by Spanish campus)
This major mainly cultivates students' abilities in luxury resort management and related businesses; in the course of this major, students will have a deep understanding of the challenges involved in the management of tourism and large-scale entertainment venues.

Hotel management diploma program will take 2.5 years while it provides a solid foundation in hotel and business management. It includes professional internships, allowing you to gain valuable experience and explore your career interests. Focus on practical hotel management courses, including room service, reception and restaurant operations, and introductory hotel management courses. This course will help you develop the experience and skills required for entry-level positions in the hospitality industry. After the course is over, you can also choose to transfer to the hotel management BBA course , continue to study and get a bachelor's degree. Les Roches ’ hotel management diploma program is currently offered in the China campus (Shanghai Jinjiang Les Roches) which allows you to study and live in Asia's fastest growing economic power, and successfully obtain a diploma.

Through innovative courses that integrate business strategy, management theory and real-world problem solutions, the Les Roches Hotel Management MBA will help you develop the skills and insights required for senior management positions. The two-semester of MBA program was developed in collaboration with industry experts to ensure that it is most relevant to the trends and fulfills the needs of the hotel industry. You will be immersed in the most critical topics of the industry, such as business models and entrepreneurship, leadership development, sustainable development, strategic marketing and digital world trends. It gives you access to the core of basic business, while providing the freedom to customize courses according to your goals. The hotel management MBA program also allows you to test your knowledge through a real environment. In the second semester, you will complete a consulting project for a well-known hotel company.
